What is OctaPass?
OctaPass is a digital health questionnaire that you can complete before arriving at your donation center. It speeds up your check-in process by allowing you to skip signing in at our kiosks.

Complete your questionnaire ahead of time
Fill out your health questionnaire in the app before arriving to donate. You’ll receive a QR code to scan at your center, letting you skip the kiosk and speed through your screening process.

Valid only on your donation day
Be sure to complete your questionnaire within 2 hours of arriving at the center. It’s only valid for the same-day donation and cannot be used for future dates.

Use OctaPass at your home center
OctaPass can only be used at your designated “home” donation center. For guidance on transferring to a new location, check the FAQ section.

Can I schedule appointments through the OctaApp?
No, appointments are only available on our website for new donors.
How do I check my payment balance?
Your card balance and payment history are available in the app under the “My Payments” section.
Can I use OctaPass at any donation center?
OctaPass is only valid at your designated “home” center. Make sure your profile is updated with the correct location.
Do I need to print my OctaPass QR code?
No printing is necessary. You can show the QR code on your phone at check-in.
How do I join OctaRewards?
Donors are auto enrolled after their first donation and will unlock their OctaRewards portal in their app after 7 donations.
How do I earn points for OctaRewards?
You earn points for each donation, referrals, and participating in promotions. Points can be redeemed for e-gift cards.
Where can I check my rewards status?
Log into the OctaApp and navigate to the “Rewards” section to view your points and tier level.
Do my points expire?
Points do not expire.
