How It works

Step 01. Download or open OctaApp

Download OctaApp from the Apple Store or Google Play Store or open the app if you already have it installed.

Step 02. Generate your referral code

In OctaApp, go to Refer a Friend to generate your unique QR code. The same code can be used for multiple referrals, so share it as much as you like.

Step 03. Share your referral code with your friends and family

Share your referral code! Make sure your referred friend is a new donor with Octapharma Plasma and brings their QR code during their first visit to have it scanned before they begin donating.

Step 04. Get paid for your referral

Payment breakdown:

$25 after first donation
$25 after second donation

Timeline: Payment expected within 24–72 hours post-donation.

How do I find my referral code?

In OctaApp, go to Refer a Friend to generate your unique QR code.

Can I refer more than one person?

There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer. For each qualified referral, you’ll earn up to $50.

How will I receive my referral bonus?

Referral bonuses are added to your pre-paid debit card. The bonus will appear just like your regular earnings.

Why did I only receive $25?

You may have received a partial referral bonus because the referred donor has just completed their first visit.

When will I get paid for my referrals?

Payments for referrals are typically processed within 24–72 hours after the completion of each eligible donation. If you experience any delays, please contact your local center for support.
